The, um, 'phantom' hand, without a body, works really well.
Her expression is amazing. Emotional, but at the same time you don't know what she's thinking. Eh, that makes no sense. Oh, well.
And I really like the watercolour. You should definitely pursue this idea.

I love it when you just get randomly inspired.
I try to be specific in my comments. I mean, I'm no artist (I'm actually a writer), but, story or drawing, general praise and faves without comments, though flattering, don't tell you a lot, you know? Maybe just me.
